Operational roles with the
Infected Blood Compensation Authority
Help create and deliver a proactive service
that makes a difference
The Infected Blood Compensation Authority (IBCA) was set up in response to the devastating events that occurred in the 1970s and 1980s when more than 30,000 people in the UK received contaminated blood products. The IBCA will work with people who have been infected and affected by these issues, and when you join us you’ll have the opportunity to shape and design an organisation that will make a difference to the lives of thousands of people throughout the UK.
We are looking for committed, compassionate individuals in the Newcastle area, who want to work for an organisation with a defined and important purpose. As a new organisation, it’s our number one goal to build and maintain trust with our customers. After all, people who’ve been impacted by events relating to the supply of contaminated blood products need to be treated politely, respectfully and fairly.
